Emily and Eric

We created an experience of Ojai in the summer for our Chicago based couple and their 400 guests. We took ques from the indigenous plants, local cuisine the valley is known for, and the contemporary barn architecture of The Farm at Ojai Valley Inn. Taking guests through a color journey, the ceremony started in fairer purples and white with a garden aisle and a Chuppah with woven flowers. For Reception, we transitioned to vivid fuchsias, butter and golden yellows. Keeping the airy garden look in the centerpieces, we added unexpected touches of mid-century glass handle holders and bramble orchid kokedamas for a chic touch.
