Yes. NCD is a fully mobile Design House. Specializing in unique venue spaces, our work takes us throughout all of California and the United States. We are not limited to any specific geographic location.

No. NCD is a full service production company. We do not provide house flowers, personal flowers, or deliveries.

NEEDS Discuss date, location, and global event needs COLLABORATIVE DESIGN NCD brings our design acumen to collaborate with our colleagues. With our level of involvement at the discretion of planners, we thrive developing color story, textured landscapes, and the micro/macro details of an event in its whole. DESIGN DECK An initial proposal is drafted, including original sketches, inspiration photos, floral thesis, and base estimate. CONTRACT Based on initial estimate, contract will be sent to planner with signature and 50% deposit due. The agreed on base estimate is considered the event floral minimum moving forward. Additions and alterations can be made moving forward WALK THRU Nicole Chapman + vital team members will attend a walk through with the planner and client (if present) to further discuss production, design, logistics, and developing aesthetics. 60 DAYS OUT Review of updated line items/production. 40 DAYS OUT Final Payment Due. Any additions will incur a rush fee. 2 WEEKS OUT NCD final production begins.

Floral Design starts at a $30,000 global floral order (before candles, service, travel, installation, and strike fees)- Most clients spend between $40,000 to $150,000 on flowers alone.

INDIVIDUAL ITEM MINIMUMS: To ensure a global aesthetic, NCD implements individual "Line Item" minimums to establish the STARTING cost of common event services. These minimums contribute to the global floral minimum. Yes. LABOR | 35% | This fee goes entirely to the production florists and staff for your event. TRANSPORT, INSTALL, STRIKE | Fee depends on size, location, and overall logistics of event. Covers the labor and hard costs specific to delivery, installation, and clean up. $5000** and up TRAVEL / Fee depends on the size, location, and overall logistics of event. The fee will cover physical transportation, accommodations, and travel related incidentals.

Yes. Candles and additional rental items can be provided at additional cost. Candles and rental items do not count towards the global minimum and are subject to a labor fee.

Yes. NCD offers digital and in person mentorships including business, design, and floral for other florists. Please inquire for more information.
